The Chukars scored one run in the eighth inning and the Owlz scored two. Soto scored off a sacrifice fly and Maitan hit an RBI single to score Sala. The Chukars led 15-11 after eight innings. Orem and Idaho Falls didn't score again after the eighth inning.
The Owlz will finish their homestand tomorrow against Idaho Falls. The game will be at 7:05 p.m at the Home of the Owlz. After tomorrow's game, the Owlz will be on the road and on all-star break until August 9, when they take on the Missoula Offsprey.
