AT THE DISH: The Isotopes collected 14 hits for the evening led by Sam Hilliard with three. Hilliard also swiped two bases on Saturday, giving him 20 for the season to go along with 28 home runs. The outfielder joins Joc Pederson (33hr/30sb in 2014) as the only players in Isotopes history to record at least 20 home runs and 20 stolen bases in a single-season … Roberto Ramos and Drew Weeks both homered in the contest. Ramos' round-tripper was his 23rd of the season as well as his second in as many games. Weeks' long ball was a two-run shot to put Albuquerque ahead for good in the bottom of the sixth … All of the Isotopes scoring came in the sixth and seventh innings with five runs in the sixth and three in the following frame.
TOEING THE RUBBER: Starting pitcher Tim Melville earned his team-leading eighth win of the 2019 campaign. Melville held the Sounds to three runs (two earned) and nine hits in 5.1 innings … Lefty Ben Bowden tossed 1.2 scoreless innings of relief while DJ Johnson pitched the final two frames to close out the victory.
TOPES TIDBITS: The loss snapped the Isotopes season-high nine-game losing streak … Albuquerque was 5-for-13 with runners in scoring position … The start of the game was delayed one hour and 27 minutes because of rain.
