Joe Boyle Promoted to Double-A; Dragons Announce Several Roster Changes

The Dayton Dragons, in conjunction with the Cincinnati Reds, announced the following roster changes today: Right-handed pitcher Joe Boyle has been promoted from Dayton to Double-A Chattanooga.
