The Blue Wahoos retook the lead the next inning, but the lead did not last long. Blake Dunn led off the inning with a solo homer. After Rece Hinds drew a walk, Jame Free hit a homer to give the Lookouts the 6-4 lead.

Chattanooga added three more in the fourth and two more in the fifth on a sacrifice fly and a Jacob Hurtubise RBI triple. Their 12th run of the day came in the 7th on a Michael Trautwein RBI double.

Lookouts reliever Eddy Demurias got the win after allowing only one run in one inning.
