Madrigal, ranked as the No. 5 prospect in the White Sox organization according to MLB Pipeline, batted .341 with 16 RBI and 14 stolen bases across 42 games with the Barons.
The former Oregon State standout earned a promotion to Double-A Birmingham from Hi-A Winston-Salem on June 6 after he posted a .272 clip at the plate with 27 RBI and 17 stolen bases through 49 games with the Dash.
Madrigal's collective 2.8 percent strikeout rate paces all of affiliated ball and his 16-game hit streak from June 22 - July 12 represented the second-longest stretch in the Southern League this season.
Madrigal, whom the White Sox selected fourth overall in the 2018 MLB First-Year Player Draft, spent the first year of his professional career split between the AZL White Sox, Class-A Kannapolis and Hi-A Winston-Salem.

Remillard, who joined Madrigal on the Carolina League's All-Star Team, ranked sixth in the circuit with a .289 clip at the plate at the time of his promotion. The former 10th-round selection out Coastal Carolina contributed 21 extra-base hits and 37 RBI across 95 games with the Dash.
Remillard enjoyed a standout 2018 campaign in which he batted .250 with 11 home runs, 52 RBI and eight stolen bases as Winston-Salem, managed by current Barons skipper Omar Vizquel, captured first- and second-half titles.
Birmingham's active roster remains at 25 players with seven players on the injured list.
