Will you M-i-L-B our valentine?

It seems too perfect to be true. As Spring Training gets underway this week, love is in the air -- not just for baseball, but for Valentine's Day as well. This year's holiday saw plenty of Minor League teams get in on the action, sending mascots out into the community to hand out flowers and sweets, among other celebrations.

Forget candy-grams, the Rocket City Trash Pandas and their mascot, Sprocket, visited local businesses to hand out panda-grams to healthcare workers, animal service providers and other north Alabama residents.

Remember as a kid when you'd get a valentine hand-delivered with a lollipop and a Hershey's Kiss tied to it? There are plenty of those punny messages all over social media, with some of the best coming from player names, like these from the Beloit Sky Carp.

The Wilmington Blue Rocks highlighted some of their former prospects as well.

Some of the valentines made a play -- get it? -- on baseball terms, like this one from the Stockton Ports.

And of course, what's a Valentine's Day without a classic roses are red rhyme? Here's one from the Iowa Cubs, which is surely relatable across the Minor League map.

The San Jose Giants spread love -- literally -- on the field with a heart-shaped baseball arrangement.

The Fort Wayne TinCaps cheered up some local schoolchildren with a surprise visit from their mascot, Johnny TinCap.

And last but not least, the Reno Aces took the opportunity to shout out their former players who found their valentine for life over the past year. That includes infielder Cole Tucker, who got engaged to actress Vanessa Hudgens.
