GREAT FALLS, Mont. --The Billings Mustangs (21-21, 36-35) lost their fifth straight game on Sunday, falling 4-3 to the Great Falls Voyagers (17-15, 32-37) at Centene Stadium.
The Mustangs tied things up in the second after Eric Yang was walked to lead off the inning. With two outs,
Billings briefly took a lead in the third when Garrett Wolforth hit a solo home run. It was his first hit in the Pioneer League, making his second start in as many days in left field. Overall, it was Wolforth's sixth home run in his first season of professional baseball.
The Voyagers tied things up quickly as Curbelo delivered yet again. The third baseman hit a game-tying solo homer with two outs in the bottom of the third.
Curbelo's second home run of the day, a two-run shot in the sixth put the Voyagers up by two for the first time on Sunday. Luis Curbelo now has seven hits and seven runs scored over his last two games, totaling 14 bases this weekend.

Great Falls' defense stranded four runners aboard over the last three innings to hold on for the win and keep themselves in the playoff picture.
The Mustangs' lead in the North Division is now 2.5 games with five left to play in the regular season.
The Mustangs and Voyagers will play for the final time in 2019 on Monday, Sept. 2. First pitch in the series finale is set for 4 p.m. MDT at Centene Stadium.
