In their most dominant offensive performance of the season, the Orem Owlz blasted the Grand Junction Rockies for a 20-5 win at Suplizio Field in Grand Junction.
Jo Adell scored a team-high five runs during the game, while Julio Garcia and Jeyson Sanchez each drove home four runs in the Owlz' highest run-scoring output of the season.
Jeyson Sanchez cracked his 11th home run of the season out of the ball park making for back-to-back days where Sanchez has hit a home run for the Owlz.
Harrison Wenson also hit his team-best 13th homer of the year, with Angel Molina picking up his third home run of the season.
Julio Garcia led the team with four hits on the afternoon and all four hits were doubles--making for more doubles than any Owlz batter in a game this season.
Garcia also scored three times, as well as Torii Hunter Jr. Jr, who were each one of six hitters in the lineup to have multiple hits for the Owlz.
The only batter in the lineup to not have a hit was Cam Williams, and Williams would walk four times in the game, matching the most walks drawn by any Owlz batter this season.
Brandon Marsh picked up multiple hits for a third straight day, going 2-7 at the plate, driving the first three runs for the Owlz out of their 20 on the night.
Mayky Perez started the game for Orem, going five innings and allowing only two earned runs, picking up his team-leading fifth win of the season.
