Q&A Regarding Ballpark Re-Seating

JERSEY SHORE, NJ - In light of Monday’s announcement from Governor Murphy’s office that social distancing is no longer required in outdoor venues, the BlueClaws have started the process of re-seating to reflect a traditional stadium seating arrangement.

The BlueClaws greatly appreciate everyone’s patience in adjusting through our first two homestands and as we prepare to return to a more normal layout.

What happens to the tickets I have already purchased?

We are in the process of re-seating season ticket holders, half-season ticket holders, partial plan holders, and mini plan holders to their original seating locations. These tickets will be reflected in your TicketReturn accounts soon.

Please note that we will use the currently held ticket dates for re-seating, meaning if you have already exchanged tickets for a new game, the new game date will be reflected in your TicketReturn account.

Will you keep a social distancing section in the seating bowl?

Yes we will. One section will remain a socially-distant section in pods of varying sizes.

Ticket plan holders that would still like to be seated in a socially-distant manner should email [email protected] by May 28th.

I bought a high-top table or picnic table for an upcoming game. What should I do?

Fans that have already purchased single-game tickets for areas including high-top tables and picnic tables will be re-located into the seating bowl at no additional charge. The lawn area will revert to general admission as it had been in years past. Fans that have already purchased a lawn pod do not need to do anything and can access their tickets through TicketReturn for their game.

Will group tickets also be re-seated?

Yes, group tickets will be re-seated in chronological order of game date and based on availability.

Why can’t I pick a seat for my single-game tickets?

While we work to re-seat our ticket package holders, single-game ticket sales have temporarily reverted to seat reservations. You are guaranteed a reserve seat to the game that you select, but your ticket will be assigned closer to your game date. When we finish re-seating ticket package holders, fans will be able to once again select their seating location at the time of purchase.
