Due to a heavy thunderstorm that hit Constellation Field roughly two hours before scheduled first pitch, tonight’s game (August 15) between the Isotopes and Sugar Land Skeeters has been postponed.

Albuquerque and Sugar Land will make up this contest as part of a doubleheader tomorrow (August 16), with first pitch of Game 1 scheduled for 3:05 PM MT (4:05 PM CT). The teams will start the nightcap approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first game. Both games will be scheduled for seven innings in length.

Right-hander Ryan Castellani (3-7, 7.07) is scheduled to start for the Isotopes in tomorrow afternoon’s first game, while fellow righty Brandon Gold (3-7, 6.18) is slated to get the ball in the nightcap.

This is the third time since July 23 that an Isotopes game has been postponed due to rain.
