Rawhide Drop Game 2 in San Bernardino

San Bernardino, CA- Rawhide fall in game two to the Inland Empire 66ers 9-1. Rawhide only had three hits in the contest and their sole run scored on a wild pitch in the fifth inning.

Walbert Urena, the 66ers starter, carried a no-hitter through four innings before giving up a single to David Martin. He earned his first win of the season after pitching five innings. Jenry Gonzalez earned the save. He threw three scoreless innings of relief to end the game. His only blemish was a two-out single by Kristian Robinson in the ninth.

Inland Empire pulled together 11 hits which was half of their total yesterday. Every starter in their line-up had at least one hit. Kevin Watson, Jr. and Ronaldo Flores both had two hits.

Rawhide enjoy the off night before tomorrow's 6:35 p.m. first pitch.
