Santander Scheduled To Play For Baysox May 14-16
Bowie, MD: Baltimore Orioles outfielder Anthony Santander is scheduled to play with the Double-A Bowie Baysox this weekend on a Major League Rehabilitation Assignment. He is expected to play two games in the field and one at Designated Hitter during the three games, Friday, May 14 through Sunday, May 16.

Santander, who last played for the Orioles on April 20, will look to get back and ready to rejoin the Orioles next week. Before his injury, he was hitting .196 with two home runs and a .551 OPS in his 62 plate appearances. In his two previous seasons, Santander hit 31 home runs with an .807 OPS ion 130 games for the Orioles in 2019-20.
Santander played in 69 games with the Baysox over the 2017-18 seasons, hitting .258 with five home runs and 22 RBI in 2018.
