Shorebirds Four Game Series Includes Fireworks, Guest Speaker, & More

SALISBURY, Md. -- The Delmarva Shorebirds, Class-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles, will host a four game series against the Kannapolis Intimidators at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium from Friday, June 9th through Monday, June 12th.
Kick off the weekend on Friday, June 9th with Perdue Farmers Appreciation Night and a fantastic Q105 fireworks show, presented by Perdue Foods. It's also Froggy 99.9 Big Beer Friday! Fans over 21 years of age can enjoy 32 oz. drafts of Miller Lite or Coors Light for $6. It's the ever popular Orange Friday! The Shorebirds will be sporting their Orange Friday jerseys so come on out with your orange on to show your support.
Mountaire Faith and Family Night is on Saturday, June 10th. Former Orioles and Shorebirds infielder, Brian Roberts, will be returning as that night's guest speaker, by popular request and there will be another great Q105 fireworks show after the game, presented by Mountaire Farms.
Sunday, June 11th is another Hit the Books day, presented by Dr. James M. Crouse at The Brace Place. It's also a Perdue Strike Out Hunger Sunday. Bring 2 canned food items to the Shorebirds box office and receive an upper reserved ticket for $3. All collected items will be donated to the local area food banks. Kids can Run the Bases after the game, thanks to Chili's Grill & Bar.
Get rid of your Monday blues by helping the Shorebirds close out the series against the Kannapolis Intimidators. Monday, June 12th is 47 ABC 2 Buck Monday. Enjoy $2 Upper Reserved tickets, $2 hotdogs, and $2 fountain Pepsi products.
Game times for Friday, June 9th and Monday, June 12th are scheduled for 7:05 PM starts. Saturday's start time is scheduled for 6:35 PM with the gates opening at 4:00 PM for fans to enjoy watching Shorebirds' and visitor's batting practice. The game on Sunday, June 11th is scheduled for a 2:05 PM start with gates opening at 1:00 PM.
