North Little Rock, AR—Back at home for the first time in over two weeks, the Arkansas Travelers shut out the Wichita Wind Surge, 5-0 on Tuesday night. Three Travs pitchers combined on a seven hitter with Shawn Semple pitching 6.1 innings to earn the win. Jorge Benitez and Prelander Berroa each recorded four outs to close the game.

Moments That Mattered

* Arkansas converted scoring chances in the fourth and sixth innings. Alberto Rodriguez hit a sharp RBI single for the first run and Josh Morgan knocked a run home on a groundout for the second tally.

* Jorge Benitez entered with the tying runs on base in the seventh inning but secured the final two outs to close the game.
