Tulsa, OK-Three two-run homers by the Arkansas Travelers in the seventh inning broke open a tie game as the Travs rolled over the Tulsa Drillers, 8-2 on Thursday night. The victory makes Arkansas 11-3 on the season. Four run scoring hits (each driving in two) accounted for all the Travs scoring. Logan Taylor broke a two-all tie in the seventh with a booming two-run blast over the left field foul pole, his first of the season. Donnie Walton and Dom Thompson-Williams followed with two-run shots of their own. Arkansas' bullpen combined for four scoreless innings to close the game out.
Moments That Mattered
* Kyle Lewis erased an early one-run deficit with a clutch two out, two-run single up the middle in the third inning.
* Taylor's blast came immediately after Jordan Cowan walked to open the seventh. That homer and the subsequent two in the inning all came against knuckleball pitcher J.D. Martin.
