Everett, WA - The AquaSox couldn't mount a comeback Thursday night, as Vancouver took the second game of the series, 8-4.

After a scoreless first inning, Vancouver put up 7 runs in the top of the second, though none of them were earned. Two AquaSox errors loaded up the bases and Canadian Jesus Severino hit a grand slam over the left field fence to get things started, 4-0. Yorman Rodriguez's single would bring one more run in and Griffin Conine's double would score two more runs, 7-0 Canadians.
The AquaSox would quickly make it a game. A second-inning double by Troy Dixon would score Matt Sanders and Ryne Ogren, 7-2. A successful bunt from Geoandry Montilla would not only allow him to reach safely at first but also score Dixon, 7-3.
Ogren would get an RBI to try and spark a Frog comeback in the sixth inning, but it wouldn't be enough. The top of the seventh inning would see yet another Vancouver run, 8-4.
The Frogs' bats stayed quiet in the next three innings and the game would end 8-4 Canadians.
Everett will go for the series win tomorrow in the rubber match. The Frogs will become the Conquistadores again this tomorrow as part of their Noche de Diversión.
