ROUND ROCK, Texas - How sweet it is! A Round Rock Express fan favorite, the Texas Brisket Nacho Grande, has advanced to the final 16 in the 2018 BUSH's Home Run Recipes challenge to determine the best food item in all of Minor League Baseball. Fans can vote to push the Dell Diamond staple to the round of eight by voting online here. This round of voting ends on Tuesday, June 12 at midnight, so get your votes in now!
The Texas Brisket Nacho Grande, expertly crafted by Ryan Sanders Sports Services (RS3) and available at the Southside Market & Barbeque stand at all Express games at Dell Diamond, features a mountain of corn chips topped with chopped brisket, smothered with cheese, pico de gallo, green jalapenos and BUSH's Baked Beans.
As part of the BUSH's Home Run Recipes challenge, fans can enter to win a trip for four to the winning ballpark to taste the winning recipe. The winning club will also receive an award from BUSH's that will be presented by the famous spokesdog Duke in a ceremony at the ballpark.
RS3 previously captured the title as MiLB's Food Fight champion with the Lava Rock Fire and Ice package during the 2016 contest to determine the best food option in MiLB.
