The Winston-Salem Dash have introduced a new payment process to expedite parking at Dash games and other events at Truist Stadium. This quick and efficient method of cashless payment provides fans an even faster way to park. This solution is brought to us by Winston-Salem based Smart Park.
Fans can use the following steps to get started with a one-time download/setup:
- Download the PayByPhone app via the Apple Store or Google Play Store on your smartphone.
- Set up your account and enter your license plate and payment information.
- Upon arriving at the stadium, open your PayByPhone app.
- Enter the parking lot Location Code (posted on the green and black signs in each lot) into the PayByPhone app.
- Process your payment. Parking for Dash games is $10 for onsite parking lots and $5 for offsite lots. Free parking is available at the Center City Garage on Fourth Street for all Thursday – Saturday games. A free shuttle runs from the Center City Garage to Truist Stadium on those days. Additional shuttle details are available at www.wsdash.com
If fans do not have a smart phone, they can pay by phone using a toll-free number listed on the parking lot signs.
Season ticket members, team partners and vendors who have parking passes do not need to download the app. These guests can continue to display their parking passes inside their vehicles for access to the appropriate lots.
"We have made improvements during the pandemic to make our customer experience more efficient, and when possible, offer cashless solutions" said Dash president C.J. Johnson. "We are excited to partner with Smart Park to create a new cashless option for fans when parking for events at Triust Stadium."
