Worsening Winter Widens Whitecaps Weather Woes

COMSTOCK PARK, MI - Tuesday's scheduled game between the West Michigan Whitecaps and Bowling Green Hot Rods at Fifth Third Ballpark has been postponed due to inclement weather.
The postponement becomes the third straight gameday that a Whitecaps game has been called off, as the team hasn't played since last Friday due to a lingering winter storm in the Grand Rapids area.
Tuesday's game is scheduled to be made up as part of a doubleheader on Wednesday beginning at 12:00 pm. Both games will last seven innings in duration, with a 30-minute break in-between contests. Fans with tickets for Friday's game can exchange them for any home game throughout the 2018 season at the Fifth Third Ballpark Box Office, based on availability.

The Whitecaps are scheduled to play the Bowling Green Hot Rods in a Wednesday doubleheader starting at noon. Right-handers Garett King and Burris Warner get the starts for West Michigan.
