MEMPHIS, TN – The Memphis Redbirds continued a six-game homestand with a 10-0 win over the Norfolk Tides at AutoZone Park on Wednesday night.

First baseman Juan Yepez drilled his sixth and seventh Triple-A home runs of the season in the first two innings. The three-run homers helped Memphis jump out to a 9-0 lead after two innings. Yepez now has 41 RBI with the Redbirds this season.

Connor Thomas (S, 1) faced the minimum in 4.0 innings out of the bullpen and struck out four. The lone baserunner allowed by Thomas, a single in the eighth, was erased by a double play.
