We are very excited that you’ll be attending an upcoming Northwest Arkansas Naturals game. Here are some important things that you should KNOW BEFORE YOU GO to Arvest Ballpark.
Many of the most commonly asked questions concerning attending a Northwest Arkansas Naturals baseball game at Arvest Ballpark can be answered by consulting with our Arvest Ballpark Fan Guide (A to Z) prior to your next visit.
Arvest Ballpark is a cashless facility. This includes transactions involving food and beverage, merchandise, parking, and all other parts of a Naturals game or event. The Ticket Office will still accept both cash and credit card payments.
Fans can bring one clear bag or a small clutch purse. Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" or one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag and a small clutch purse, no larger than 4.5" x 6.5", the size of your palm.
Single game tickets are on sale HERE. The Naturals also offer full-season and half-season tickets, four different discounted Mini Plans, as well as popular Flex Packs and Family Packs. Note fans 3 and under do not require a ticket.
If a game does not go five innings, then it’s not an official game. In the case that a game is postponed or canceled, fans should keep their ticket as it will be eligible to be exchanged for a ticket of equal value to a future game that season.
Arvest Ballpark has numerous on-site parking spaces. It is $6 to park per vehicle (or per space if it is a large RV, trailer, or bus) and it is a self-park facility. There are also a number of handicapped spaces available at each game.
Naturals Gift Cards are available for purchase at the Naturals Team Store at Arvest Ballpark. Fans with cash can exchange that for a gift card to use during our games. Funds never expire so you can use gift cards on future visits.
Ballpark rules state that guests are not allowed to bring in any outside food or beverage. If a medical exception is required, we advise you to call us in advance. Fans are allowed to bring in one (1) sealed clear plastic water bottle to the game.
No smoking is allowed in any seating areas, on the concourse, or in the suite level at Arvest Ballpark. Fans can exit the ballpark to use tobacco outside the gates and return, so long as they abide by all entry policies.
Tripods, monopods and detachable lenses are not allowed into Arvest Ballpark. Guests that are seen with these items will be asked to return them to their car before they enter the park. Taping of any game footage is strictly prohibited. Guests are not permitted to stand in aisles, walkways, or obstruct others from viewing the game while taking photographs.
