My Naturals Tickets allows you to manage your tickets online quickly and easily throughout the year. Creating an account allows you to take full advantage of all of the features that it has to offer.

Many of the most commonly asked questions concerning attending a Northwest Arkansas Naturals game at Arvest Ballpark can be answered by consulting the “Ballpark A to Z” Guide. Check it out prior to your upcoming visit.

No smoking is allowed in any of the seating areas, on the concourse, or in the suite level at Arvest Ballpark. Fans can exit the ballpark to use tobacco outside the gates and return, so long as they abide by all entry policies.

Fans can bring one (1) clear bag and/or a small clutch purse. Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" or one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar) and a small clutch purse, no larger than 4.5" x 6.5", the size of the palm of your hand.

Ballpark rules state that guests are not allowed to bring in any outside food or beverage. If a medical exception is required, we advise you to call in advance of the game you plan to attend. Fans are allowed to bring in one (1) sealed clear plastic water bottle to the game.

If a game does not go five innings, then it’s not an official game. In the case that a game is postponed or canceled, fans should keep their ticket. That ticket will be eligible to be exchanged at the Arvest Ballpark Box Office for a ticket of equal value to a future game during the season.

Arvest Ballpark has numerous on-site parking spaces. It is $5 per vehicle to park for Northwest Arkansas Naturals games. The ballpark is a self-park facility and is first come, first served in most areas of the parking lot.
