Rainiers baseball camp unites youth and players

Bringing the kids to Cheney Stadium to watch the Tacoma Rainiers in action is an activity synonymous with summer. But since the Rainiers Baseball Camp rolled into town, sitting in the stands is not the only option for young baseball fans. On Aug. 6-8, youth ages 6-14 swarmed the field to mingle with the coaches and players they usually watch from a distance.
