While each job here at Smokies Stadium is different, each one requires physical demands that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing your duties you may be required to stand and walk for extended periods of time, run, sit, navigate stairs, stoop, kneel or crouch. You may be asked to occasionally lift and/or move up to approximately 25 pounds. You will be exposed to outside weather conditions and noise levels. We ask that you be aware of these conditions and if you feel that you cannot meet these requirements, please inform the person with whom you interview.

Rally Crew Member
On field personality who helps plan, coordinate & execute half inning events. Work closely with the promotional department to implement new ideas and themes to the Tennessee Smokies home games. Duties include, but are not limited to, greeting customers and guests attending games in designated group areas, facilitating management and organization of group areas, set up and break down of all food serving equipment, and proactively maintaining food levels on all buffet lines during group events to create positive customer experiences. Group areas include Calhoun's at the Yard, the Smoky Mountain Brewery Bullpen, the Garza Law Terrace at Smokies Stadium, the Pioneer Porch, and the Luxury Level Porch. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintenance of the field, set up/break down batting pactice, upkeep of equipment and it's safe operation, assist in rain delay procedures, and safely perform all duties and responsibilities. Job Attitude: A passion for the Smokies and Cubs, a positive attitude, desontrate ability to thrive in a team setting, ability to work under stress, respond well to coaching and feedback. Other reponsibilities include working additional events (concerts, college tournaments, non-Smokies baseball games, etc.).
Game Day Porter
Duties included sweeping and mopping spills around stadium, removing trash, refilling paper towel and soap dispensers and other cleaning duties as needed. Please email your résumé to Bryan Webster.
Duties include picking up large trash items in seating area and around the stadium, sweeping and washing down dugouts areas, cleaning of groups areas including decks and picking up large trash items in the parking lot. Kids Zone Staff/Playground Game Operator
Duties include operating the Speed Pitch, Home Run Challenge, and other inflatables. Applicants must enjoy working with children, be outgoing and personable.
