ABOUT THE GRASSHOPPERS: Greensboro (28-14) makes their first trip to Appalachian Power Park and is currently sitting in second place in the Northern Division, 4.5 games behind Delmarva. The 2019 Grasshoppers has some familiar faces to Power fans, with players like Lolo Sanchez and Rodolfo Castro on their roster, who donned West Virginia uniforms last year. Greensboro snagged the first four meetings between the two squads earlier this month at First National Bank field.
ABOUT THE LEGENDS: Lexington will also make their first trip to Charleston as they sit in the thick of a tight Southern Division race, currently in third, but just 1.5 games back of the Charleston RiverDogs. The Legends and Power met in Lexington during the first week of the season, with the Legends taking two of the three matchups. The Power and Legends have long had a storied rivalry, being that their ballparks are merely two hours apart and they can pull on the historical feud of the Hatfields and McCoys, two families that were from West Virginia and Kentucky.
