*Box Office will close in the middle of the seventh inning or two hours into the game (whichever comes first).

Ticket Policies and Terms

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS - NO EXCHANGES!

Only Season Ticket Holders with unused season tickets can exchange their tickets for General Admission to any remaining Dirty Birds regular season home game (subject to availability). All other unused tickets are not valid past the date of the game printed on the ticket and may not be exchanged for any future game unless the Rain Check Policy applies.

Age Policy
Any child 5 years of age or older are required to have a ticket, Children four and under will receive free admission, unless they require their own seat.

Ticket Assurance

For just $2 more you can add Ticket Assurance to your individual ticket! This insures if you have to miss a game for any reason that ticket can be exchanged for any future game as long as it remains unused!

Never a Wasted Ticket Program
The Charleston Dirty Birds use the Never a Wasted Ticket program as a benefit for our full season ticket and 25-Game Pack holders. These are the only two plans subject to this exchange program.

Resale and Distribution of Tickets
Charleston Dirty Birds Tickets may not be re-sold and/or distributed. Attempted or actual resale or distribution of tickets at any price is prohibited. Dirty Birds management reserves the right to confiscate any tickets being sold or distributed. This revocation right includes season tickets, group tickets, single game tickets, or any promotional tickets.

Will Call Information

The Will Call Window is located at the far left of the Appalachian Power Park Box Office along Morris St. Valid photo idenification is required to pick up tickets left at Will Call. There are no exceptions to this rule.

The Dirty Birds will allow you to drop off tickets for another individual by providing the full name of the recipient. The Dirty Birds are not responsible for any tickets left by anyone outside of the Dirty Birds organization. The Dirty Birds Will Call window is open one hour prior to game time. Pre-ordered tickets, however, are available at any open ticket window during business hours. For changes to Will Call names, please contact the Charleston Dirty Birds Box Office at (304) 344-2287.
