OFFENSE:
- The Game's Only Run: It came in the 5th. Staten Island's
David Metzgar reached on an error by shortstop Joey Ortiz. Carlos Narviez singled to move him to second. He scored on a grounder in the infield that ended up being a doubleplay with an error mixed in.
NEWS AND NOTES
