The Birmingham Barons have announced that single-game tickets for the 2014 season are now on-sale. The Barons will have 69 home dates scheduled at Regions Field in addition to the Rickwood Classic rounding out the 70-game home schedule.

The Barons are coming off a record-setting year that saw the team draw 396,820 fans during the inaugural season at Regions Field. The attendance total was the second highest in modern franchise history and the fourth highest in the Southern League since 1964.

Fans can purchase tickets online at the Barons website, providing the added convenience of printing tickets from home. Tickets will also be on sale over the phone by calling the Barons Ticket office at 205-988-3200. Tickets ordered by phone will be received before March 1st. The Regions Field ticket office will open on game days starting at 10:00 a.m.

When purchasing Barons tickets, fans can choose from three different reserved seating sections for the 2014 season. Dugout Premium seats are located behind the Barons dugout on the first base side. Tickets in the section are available for $14.00. Field Reserved seats are located behind home plate and the visiting dugout and are available for $12.00. Baseline Box seats, located on the first and third base lines are available for $9.00.

With a seating bowl reminiscent of Birmingham's historic Rickwood Field, Regions Field provides unique vantage points throughout the ballpark with views of the downtown skyline, UAB, Children's Hospital and Red Mountain. General Admission seats will remain the same price as in recent years with adult tickets available for $7.00. Children (12-years and younger), seniors (60 years and older) and members of the military receive $1.00 discounts on the listed prices for all reserved and general admission seats.

Mini Plan Packages are also available in bundles of 6, 12, 18 and 24-game packs. New for 2014, fans can also choose from the Southside Package, which features the March 28 White Sox exhibition game as well as the 10-game flex plan. Mini Plans are designed to accommodate families and individuals looking to secure great seats without the commitment of a full season ticket and save fans an average of 25% off the cost of a single game ticket with savings reaching as high as 37%.
