Barons, Clear Channel Media Extend Radio Agreement Through 2015

Birmingham baseball fans will continue to have unprecedented access to the Barons as the team announced that all 140 regular season and any postseason games will be heard exclusively on News Radio 105.5 WERC-FM through the 2015 season. The games will be simulcast live on 960 WERC-AM and on the WERC website at www.wercfm.com.

Barons' fans will also be able to listen on the go using their Smartphone to access the "iHeartRadio" application. The application is free to download and allows listeners to tune in to their favorite radio stations from all over the country.

Each broadcast will begin with a ten-minute pre-game show and will feature Curt Bloom who returns for his 23rd season behind the microphone as the radio broadcaster for the Barons.
