Lookouts Shade Suns in 4-3 Win in Jacksonville
Lookouts Edge Suns to improve to 7-9 this season
JACKSONVILLE, FL - The Lookouts took on the Jacksonville Suns in the first of five games at Bragan Field and came out on top with a 4-3 victory. Chattanooga got an early lead with four consecutive hits in the fourth inning.
RHP Zack Lee kept the Suns from rising until the sixth inning when Derek Dietrich hit a solo home run to put Jacksonville on the board. The Lookouts tacked on two more runs in the eigth inning and edged out the Suns to improve to 7-9 this season.
Yimi Garcia got his fourth save of the season as a Lookout. He struck out four of the five batters he faced Saturday night in the eight and ninth innings. The Lookouts battle the Suns again tomorrow in game two of the series.
