Rich begins his 27th year in professional baseball with his return to the Chattanooga Lookouts. He began his career in January of 1993 with the Texas Rangers organization in Port Charlotte, Florida before taking a job with the Lookouts that November to become the Director of Group Sales. He spent the next nine years moving up through the ranks before becoming General Manager of the Lookouts in 1999. In 2002, he moved to Columbia, South Carolina to become the President and General Manager of the Capital City Bombers. After three years, he took the team and relocated the franchise to Greenville, South Carolina. In 2006, he moved to Lakewood, New Jersey to work with the Single-A Affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies, the Lakewood BlueClaws. In August of 2011, he was given the opportunity and accepted the position to return to Chattanooga as the President and General Manager of the Lookouts. Rich holds a marketing degree from James Madison University and lives in Chattanooga with his wife, Tracy, and their two sons, Lucas and Alex.


Andrew joined the Lookouts' team in January of 2012 as a part of the inaugural intern program. In addition to group sales, Andrew served as our Food & Beverage Associate. He is a 2010 graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he received his Bachelors of Science in Marketing, while minoring in Sport Business. A native of Fort Myers, Florida, Andrew vigorously and futilely roots for the Miami Dolphins.

2019 will mark Alex's sixth season with the Lookouts as their Marketing and Promotions Manager. Alex graduated from The George Washington University with a degree in Business Administration concentrating in Marketing and Sports Management. After completing his degree, Alex worked with the Washington Nationals as an assistant in their ticket operations department. In 2010, Alex moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico and spent three years with the Albuquerque Isotopes before joining the Lookouts. During games Alex can be seen entertaining the crowd as our in-game host and online hosting our web series Lookouts Look-IN. In addition to working for the Lookouts, Alex serves on the board of the Epilepsy Foundation of Southeast TN and as the public address announcer for the Chattanooga Miracle League. A native of Rhode Island, Alex is a fan of all New England sports teams, especially the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox.
The New Jersey native joined the Lookouts as their Public & Media Relations Manager in 2014 after spending the 2013 season as the Public Relations Assistant for the Colorado Springs Sky Sox of the Pacific Coast League. Prior to that, he spent a year interning with the Major League Lacrosse franchise the Ohio Machine while earning his master's degree in Sport Management from The Ohio State University. Dan is also a graduate of Marist College, in Poughkeepsie, New York, where he majored in Communications and interned for two years in their athletic department. .

Having grown up down the road in Cleveland, Graham enters his 3rd season overall with the Lookouts, with 2019 being his 2nd as a Ticket Operations Manager. Graham graduated from East Tennessee State University in May 2016 earning his degree in Sports Management. While in Johnson City he was a manager for ETSU Women's Basketball Team, as well as interning for the Johnson City Cardinals. During his free time, Graham is a huge fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.

A native of Melbourne, Australia, Jarrah returns to the Lookouts for a second season after spending 2018 working as the Media and Promotions Assistant. Before arriving in Chattanooga, Jarrah plied his trade with the Beloit Snappers and the Melbourne Aces in the Australian Baseball League. He is a graduate of La Trobe University in Melbourne and also enjoyed a semester abroad at Michigan State University in 2015. When he's not at the ballpark, Jarrah enjoys going hiking and is an avid supporter of the New York Yankees and the Melbourne Demons Australian Football League team.

Jennifer Crum will start her 7th season with the Lookouts this spring and 9th in Minor League Baseball. She is a proud North Carolina State University Alumni and avid outdoor enthusiast. Aside from ordering all of the merchandise in the store and helping groups create memories at the ballpark, Jennifer volunteers on the Southside Council of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce and United Ways' Emerging Leaders Board. Jennifer enjoys trying new restaurants, working out and soaking up Chattanooga's great outdoors.

Michael is entering his first season with the Chattanooga Lookouts. He is originally from San Diego California, but has spent the majority of his life in East Tennessee. He graduated from UT-Chattanooga in 2014 with a Sport Management degree. Michael was game day staff, an intern, and later worked full time with the Tennessee Smokies for 4 years before moving back to Chattanooga in 2018. When Michael is not working he typically enjoys spending his time with his wife, Lillian and their dog, Chilly.

A Chattanooga native, Nolan returns to the Lookouts for his second season after working as Group Sales Assistant in 2019. Nolan graduated from The University of Georgia in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in Sports Management. While in Athens, Nolan worked for the Atlanta Braves and Falcons before spending a semester travelling the West Coast with Hurricane Junior Golf Tour. Nolan spends his free time working out, trying new things, and watching his dawgs.
William is beginning his first year as a full time staff member after spending the last three working in the conessions stands on game days. The Saint Louis, Missouri native, moved to Chattanooga from Memphis four years ago. William graduated from U.T. Martin and majored in communications. Along with being an avid baseball fan , Williams is also a big fan of hockey.

A lifelong resident of Chattanooga, Kansas joins the Lookouts for her first season as the Group Sales Assistant. She was a cum laude graduate from Oakland City University in 2017 with a Bachelor's in Sports Administration and a love for baseball. In her free time, she loves going to country concerts, hanging out with friends, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves.

Originally from Louisiana, RJ has called Tennessee his home for the past 8 years. He graduated from UTC in 2017 with a degree in Exercise Science. At UTC, he was a manager for the UTC Football team and became known as the "Tee Guy" while running out to get the kickoff tee. In his free time he likes to visit zoos and aquariums while cheering for his alma mater.
