Alcohol Policy
Synovus Park sells adult beverages throughout the facility to guests 21 years of age and up who have a government-issued ID. Alcohol sales end at the conclusion of the 7th inning. The Clingstones ask that you please drink responsibly.
Animals
Trained service animals with proper credentials are permitted at Synovus Park. Additionally, dogs will be permitted every Wednesday night as part of our “Wet Nose Wednesday Promotion”. The Clingstones ask that you please clean up after your pets.
Baby Changing Stations
Stations will be in all family restrooms, located on the concourse and the 2nd/3rd floor of the patron building.
Bag Policy
Synovus Park permits clear bags of any kind. Clutches not exceeding 5”x9” in diameter are also permitted. Diaper and medical bags are permitted but subject to search.

Clingstones Administration is located on the 2nd floor of the patron building and maintains 9am-5pm office hours M-F. Our phone number is (706) 268-9594.
Camera & Video
Camera & video recording devices are permitted, as long as they do not impede the view & experience of other guests. No flash photography.
Cashless
Synovus Park is a cash-free facility. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are all acceptable forms of payment at all points of sale: parking, merchandise, concessions and kid’s zone.
Cell Phones
Personal phones are permitted, provided they do not interfere with the experience of other guests.
Children
Children ages 2 and under receive free admission to all ticketed events at Synovus Park, provided they are on a guardian’s lap and do not need to occupy a physical seat.
Code of Conduct
The Columbus Clingstones are committed to providing a safe and family-friendly environment for all guests at Synovus Park. Guns, knives, and any other weapons are strictly prohibited. Synovus Park is a tobacco and smoke-free facility, including vaporizing devices. No outside food or beverage is permitted inside the facility. Aluminum cans, glass bottles and coolers are prohibited. The following items will be permissible, but subject to a content search: empty water bottles, clear bags, clear backpacks, diaper bags, and medical bags. Clutches are also permitted which are not to exceed 5” x 9”. Foul/abusive language or obscene gestures towards players, umpires, coaches, staff, or other guests will not be tolerated. Entering the designated playing field or other unauthorized areas throughout the stadium will result in automatic removal of grounds and violators are subject to a permanent ban at Synovus Park. All patrons who purchase alcohol must be of legal drinking age and are required to present a government-issued ID to authorized personnel. Failure to drink responsibly will result in removal of grounds and are subject to legal recourse.
Concessions
Synovus Park will have “Grab & Go” concessions, conveniently located throughout the concourse. Select concession items will be available at food carts throughout the facility.
Directions
North Bound: Take 165 N to 431 N. From there, take 280 E to 4th St. From 4th St, enter the ballpark on your right. North Bound guests can bypass highway traffic by taking either 5th or 13th Avenue towards Veterans Parkway.
South Bound: Take 185 S to 2nd St. Take 2nd St. to Veterans Parkway and follow that road directly into our parking lot.
East Bound: Take 280 E from Phenix City to 4th St. From 4th St., enter the ballpark on your right.
West Bound: Take 280 W to Victory Drive. From Victory Drive, enter the ballpark on your left.
Elevators
Synovus Park has 2 publicly accessible elevators, conveniently located on the East and South side of the ballpark. The South side elevator grants access to the suite level. The East-side elevator grants access to all 3 levels of the patron building.
Evacuation
Clingstones personnel have been trained on all evacuation plans pertaining to any evacuation circumstance. Synovus Park at emergency egress located on the northwest, south, east and northeast sides of the ballpark with designated signage.
First Aid
First Aid is located on the 1st base side of the concourse across from the patron building. Piedmont EMS will service all Clingstones baseball games.
Gate Times
Gates will open 1 hour before first pitch, unless specified otherwise. VIP guest members will have early access at the discretion of their sales representative. Season members will receive 15-minute early entry for all Clingstone home games.
Giveaways
Giveaways are distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis and must present a valid ticket to designated games.
Group Tickets

Lost & Found
All lost and recovered items can be turned into customer service at our Valero Guest Service booth, conveniently located on the concourse directly behind home plate.
Mascot
Fuzzy will be available to visit fans throughout the ballpark on gameday, based off availability.
Merchandise
Officially licensed Clingstones gear can be purchased at “The Orchard”; conveniently located on the northeast side of the ballpark near Will Call and the main gate entry way. Store hours include Tuesday - Friday from 10 AM - 4 PM & during game days from 12 PM - 5 PM & 6 PM - end of game. Fans can shop 24 hours a day on our online store by clicking HERE.
Outside Food & Beverage
Will not be permitted inside Synovus Park. Anyone with specific food allergies can request approval by contacting our Operations or Office Manager at (706) 268-9594 in advance of gameday.
Parking
Synovus Park partners with the City of Columbus to utilize convenient parking at South Commons; located directly outside of the ballpark in designated Lots A-E. Additional overflow parking will be available across from Lumpkin Blvd. Parking for all ticketed events at Synovus Park will cost $5 unless otherwise specified by Clingstones personnel.

Prohibited Items
Food, beverages, weapons of any kind, (except except for active off-duty officers with proper credentials) containers such as coolers or thermoses, lawn chairs, helium balloons, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or that obstruct the view of others, animals other than service animals and compressed air horns are all prohibited at Synovus Park.
Radio/TV
92.1 FM Sports Visions is the flagship radio station for your Columbus Clingstones baseball coverage. Handheld radios will be permitted inside Synovus Park for all affiliated baseball games.
Rainout Policy
In the event we do not conclude 5 full innings (or 4.5 when the Clingstones are winning), tickets of equal or lesser will be exchangeable to a future home game during the 2025 season, while supplies last.
Restrooms
Synovus Park has 3-pairs of restrooms along the main concourse. Family restrooms can be located near the 1st base side of the concourse and inside of the Aflac Club Lounge. Private restroom access will be available in the club & suite areas.
Re-Entry
Anyone leaving the confines of Synovus Park will not be permitted back inside, unless they get their hand stamped at designated smoking areas outside of the main gate plaza.
Seats
Synovus Park Capacity is 5,200. There are 2,787 fixed seats consisting of mesh box seats, premium padded seats and reserved hardback seats.
Smoking
Synovus Park is a smoke and Vape-free facility. Fans can smoke at designated locations outside of the gates on the exterior plaza.
Strollers
Collapsable strollers are permitted inside Synovus Park. Fans must stow strollers underneath seats and must not block aisles or walkways throughout the seating bowl and concourse.

Collapsible umbrellas are permitted inside Synovus Park. Please be courteous of other guests when opening or displaying an umbrella.
Will Call
Advanced ticket purchases can be picked up at the Will Call window located at the box office. Proper identification must correspond to the name on the account.
