HICKORY, NC - The Hickory Crawdads have added four new members to their front office, with Corporate Sales Executive Tyler Bishop, Group Sales Executive Mitchell Lister, Director of Promotions & Community Relations Cady Ray, and Group Sales Executive John Ryan joining the 'Dads for the 2017 season.
Tyler comes to the Crawdads after spending the past two seasons as the Sales and Operations Manager for the Danville Braves. He previously interned for the Charleston RiverDogs in 2014 as well as the Florence RedWolves from 2012-2013. The Johnsonville, SC native graduated from University of South Carolina in 2014 where he studied Sport and Entertainment Management.
Mitchell enters his first season with the Crawdads after spending the past three seasons with the Lynchburg Hillcats as the Group Sales Intern. Born in Fayetteville, NC the Army brat currently calls Northern Virginia home. Mitchell graduated from Liberty University in 2015 with a degree in Sport Management.
Cady joins the Crawdads after spending last season with the Charlotte Knights as a Promotions Assistant. Prior to that, she worked for the Charlotte Hornets and JHE Production Group. Originally from Wallburg, NC, Cady graduated from University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2015 with a Communications-Public Relations degree.
John begins his first year with the Crawdads after interning with the Columbus Clippers last season. The Massillon, OH native graduated from Ohio St. University in December of 2016 with a dual degree in Marketing and Sport Industry. John's prior sports experience also includes interning with ESPN Cleveland and serving as video board operator at various Ohio State sporting events.
The 'Dads front office also saw promotions for Robby Willis and Corey Church. Robby is now the Director of Group Sales, after serving as Group Sales Executive last season. Corey is now the Head Groundskeeper after his two-year stint as the 'Dads Assistant Groundskeeper.
