Douglas Locascio- Assistant General Manager

Years with the Crawdads: This will be my 10th season with the Crawdads.
Hometown: Largo, Florida
Brief Background: I'm a native of Largo, FL and graduated from Campbell University in December 2009 with a degree in Sport Management and a minor in Business Administration. I was a four-year letter-winner on the Fighting Camels wresting team. Entering my tenth season with the Crawdads, I previously worked with the Wilmington Sharks (CPL) as well as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (NFL). I enjoy spending time with my wife Lydia, son Gracen and daughter Sophia.
Outside of work, I've been an active member of the community throughout my time living in Hickory. I am a member of the 2014 graduating class for Leadership Catawba, serve on the board of the Hickory Sports Commission, member of the Hickory Young Professionals, serve on the board of Catawba County Partnership for Children, received the award of Hickory Young Professionals Top 10 Under 40 in 2016, and am a member of the Catawba County Chamber of Commerce ambassador executive team.

Daniel Barkley- Director of Group Sales

Years with the Crawdads: This will be my fifth year. I spent my first three seasons as a general intern before becoming a Group Sales Assistant in 2018. The 2019 season is my first as a full-time staff member. 

Hometown: Hickory, NC. 

Brief Background: I've grown up in a baseball family as my grandfather played in the Washington Senators organization, my uncle played for the Cleveland Indians, and my father played and coached in college at the Citadel. Throughout the year I love to help out at the numerous camps my father and uncle run under the name of Barkley Baseball School. It's always a privilege to pass on the game of baseball and life lessons at these camps. Being around a ballpark is always exciting, so being a Crawdad employee allows me to work in an industry that I am passionate about around many amazing people.

Shawn Sullivan- General Manager of Food and Beverage

Hometown: Littlefield, TX
Brief Background: I started working with Delaware North Sportservice back in 2012 at Globe Life Park in Arlington, TX as the Assistant Concessions Manager and I worked there till 2017, then I moved to Charlotte to work at Bank of America Stadium home of the Carolina Panthers and I worked there all of last season, I was approached by my former GM in Texas about coming out to Hickory and being the General Manager of Delaware North at L.P Frans Stadium and I jumped at the chance, working at a football stadium was fun, but there is nothing like working at a baseball stadium.
Favorite Sports Team: Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars and Dallas Mavericks (I love them equally, I am a total homer)
Favorite Thing About Working In Baseball: What is not to like, I love the different smells you get around the ballpark, the fans are amazing and each game is never the same, you could come to the ballpark and see a slugfest one day and a no hitter the next, that is what makes this game amazing and I thank God daily that this sport was invented and that this is my career.
