ADA SEATING
ADA Seating is available behind the back row of our sections at Dunkin' Park. Please call 860-246-GOAT (4628) to speak to a ticket sales representative to ensure seat that will accommodate your needs. An elevator behind section 111 is accessible for those fans with tickets for the Premium Level or Dugout Suites. There is a ramp located on Pleasant Street, with access to the concourse or the Main Gates located at the intersection of Main and Trumbull Street.

ALCOHOL
No alcoholic beverages may be brought through any gate into Dunkin' Park nor may any alcoholic beverages be taken out of the facility. Connecticut law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21; proper age identification is required for anyone purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages at Dunkin' Donuts Park. All alcohol sales will conclude at the end of the 7th inning on a regular basis, however the Yard Goats management reserves the right to discontinue alcohol sales without notice and/or refuse the sale of alcohol to any individual.

Dunkin' Park welcome Service Dogs utilized by our guests with disabilities.

Changing stations will be located in every restroom at Dunkin' Park.
BEVERAGES, FOOD & CONTAINERS
To ensure the safety of our fans, no cans, bottles, plastic containers, boxes, coolers or food packages will be permitted to be carried inside Dunkin' Park. Please be advised that all bags are subject to search at any time while at Dunkin' Park.

CAMERAS/VIDEO EQUIPMENT
We encourage the use of cameras and video cameras at Dunkin' Park however, fans may not reproduce the game or interfere with any other fans enjoyment of the game.
CHILDREN
Children ages three and under may be admitted to Yard Goats games without a ticket, but need to sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Children ages four and above require a ticket.
CHOMPERS & CHEW CHEW MASCOT APPEARANCES
Requests for an appearance from our mascots Chompers or Chew Chew must be submitted at least three weeks in advance. Please fill out the mascot request form here.
CONDUCT
No abusive language spoken and/or worn or any behavior that can be viewed as offensive to others will be tolerated anywhere at Dunkin' Park. Fans are strictly prohibited from entering the playing field at any time. Failure to adhere to Dunkin' Park policies will result in ejection from the stadium.

FIRST AID
First Aid at Dunkin' Park is provided by AMR. The First Aid room is located on the Main Concourse level behind home plate.
GATES OPEN/CLOSED
Gates at Dunkin' Park open an hour prior to game time on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday's games. For Friday, Saturday, and Sunday gates open 1:30 hours prior to game time. Guests with tickets to the YG Stadium Club presented by The Connecticut Lottery will be allowed in the gates an hour and a half before game time. Gates will close 30 minutes after the end of the game.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards for the Hartford Yard Goats can be purchased for any amount at the Retro Brand Team Store or Click It or Ticket Box Office.
GIVEAWAY POLICIES
The Yard Goats policy is to distribute one giveaway item per eligible fan entering Dunkin' Park. An eligible fan is a fan that meets the advertised age limits or other requirements. Extra tickets for a game may not be redeemed for giveaway items.

The Yard Goats Foundation is a Connecticut based non-profit organization dedicated to providing social, educational and scholarship opportunities for the youth in our surrounding communities in connection with the activities of the Hartford Yard Goats Baseball Club.

RAIN OUTS
In the event five innings of one game are not completed, your ticket may be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value for any remaining 2023 regular season home game, based on availability. Your ticket may be exchanged at the Click It or Ticket Box Office at Dunkin' Park. There will be no refunds issued.
KID'S CLUB

RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located throughout the concourse and are ADA accessible. Family restrooms are located throughout Dunkin' Park as well.
SECURITY
All fans and their bags are subject to inspection upon entering Dunkin' Park. Glass, alcohol, bottled water, food, weapons, laser pointers and any other objects deemed disruptive by security are not permitted into Dunkin' Park.
SENSORY BAGS
Through a partnership with Hospital for Special Care, Sensory Bags are available at no charge to those families that need them for everyone to be able to enjoy the game. Inside the branded drawstring bag are headphones, fidget spinner, sunglasses, squishy ball, and noise tube.
SMOKING
There is no smoking allowed in Dunkin' Park including E-Cigarettes and Vapor.

STROLLERS

WILL CALL
Tickets that have been purchased and left for pick up at Will Call can be claimed at the Will Call windows at our Click It or Ticket Box Office at the Corner of Main & Trumbull Street. Proper identification is required to claim the tickets.
