Hickory, NC - The Hickory Crawdads have scheduled their 2018 Winter Caravan Luncheon for Tuesday, January 9th at the Hickory Metro Convention Center, with the event set to run from 12:00pm - 1:30pm.
The luncheon will feature a slate of Rangers personnel including manager Jeff Banister, the details of additional attendees are still developing. Last year the luncheon featured Banister, Crawdads manager Spike Owen, Chairman of the Texas Rangers Ownership Committee and new President of the Hickory Crawdads Neil Leibman, and Assistant Director of Player Development Paul Kruger. Rangers pitchers Nick Martinez and Tony Barnette took part in a roundtable discussion, while Rangers play-by-play radio announcer Matt Hicks served as emcee for the event.
"Last year's event was a lot of fun," said Crawdads General Manager Mark Seaman. "Everyone that attended had a great time. The Rangers did a fantastic job. We look forward to another tremendous Winter Caravan this year."
Tickets for the Winter Caravan Luncheon are now available for $25. As a limited time special, you can save 20% on the ticket price and reserve your spot at the luncheon for $20 until 5pm on Monday (December 4th).
