ALCOHOL SERVICE POLICY
No alcoholic beverages may be brought through the gates or taken outside of Ron Tonkin Field.
Valid I.D. is required for purchase. All guests must be 21 years of age to purchase an alcoholic beverage. A guest that appears to be 30 years of age or younger must produce a valid form of acceptable identification. Acceptable forms of valid United States identification for alcoholic beverage purchases are: U.S. Driver's License, Passport, State Issued I.D. Card w/ Photo, Military I.D. w/ Photo. International Driver's Licenses are not accepted. Passports are required in those instances.
Alcohol service is limited to no more than two drinks per person, per identification. All alcoholic beverage sales will be discontinued at the third out of the seventh inning. Government Warning: According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects.
Animals/pets are not allowed within the ballpark. Certified guide dogs are allowed.
Per ADA Requirements, service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person's disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
National Anthem singer try-outs for the 2019 season were on May 28, 2019. Please contact Jen Anderson for information on singing the National Anthem.
The ATM is located on the concourse on the 3rd base side.
Fans are permitted to seek autographs from players along the railing to the field. Players are not permitted to sign autographs while the game is in progress.
No soft-sided containers, coolers, or large bags (bigger than 12" X 12" X 12") are permitted into Ron Tonkin Field on game days. Guests may bring in items in small, clear plastic bags. Event security is required to open all bags at the gates for a visual inspection before allowing guests' entry.

BANNERS & SIGNS
Banners & signs are permitted in the stadium as long as they do not obstruct the view of guests or block stadium signage. Banners & signs must be event related, in good taste, and not commercial, political, or offensive in nature. All signs must be hand-held; signs on sticks larger than 18 inches are not permitted. The Hillsboro Hops reserve the right to remove any sign.
BOTTLES AND CANS
No bottles, cans or outside beverages are permitted in Ron Tonkin Field. Exceptions are made for sealed/unopened water bottles, baby bottles and health-related materials.
Guests who use foul or abusive language or who appear intoxicated will be removed from the ballpark.
CAMERAS, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDERS
Personal still photography is permitted during Hops games. However, flash photography, video cameras and support tools (such as tripods, large lens, etc.) are not allowed.
The use of cellular phones is permitted inside provided they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of an event. Please be alert while game is in progress. There is a charging station located behind Section 13.
Children under the age of 2 are free but must sit on adult's lap.
Concessions at Ron Tonkin Field are run by an independent company, Spectra Food Services & Hospitality. A full list of concession items and where to find them can be found here.

CREDIT CARD POLICY
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted at Ron Tonkin Field.
The Hops take pride in our support of nonprofit organizations in Washington County. Due to the high number of requests, we cannot fulfill every request. However, the Hops will attempt to fulfill as many requests as possible.
Donation requests should be received in the Hops office at least 4 weeks prior to the date that the item is needed. Priority will be given to the requests of local charitable organizations that promote, foster and support health and youth activities including activities for underprivileged youth, in the greater Hillsboro area. For donation requests placed between June 1 through August 30, 2019 please allow 8 weeks for a response. Please no phone calls for request or to check on the status of your request. Day-of-Game Seasonal positions available include: Team Shop, Kids Zone, Ticketing, Ballpark Operations, Guest Services, Bat Boys/Girls, and Production roles.Download the application here and return to the Hops Office. All applicants must be 16 years old as of June 1, 2019.

FAN GROUND RULES
Ron Tonkin Field and its employees are committed to providing our guests with an enjoyable, safe atmosphere. Our staff will proactively intervene to support a family-oriented environment where all guests can enjoy the baseball experience free from the following behaviors:
• Foul, offensive or derogatory language or gestures
• Intoxication or other signs of impairment
• Displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting
• Obscene or indecent clothing; clothing must be appropriate for a public, family setting. Footwear and shirts must be worn.
• Any disruption to the progress of the game by guest's actions or unauthorized person on the playing field
• Guests seated in a location other than their ticketed seat
• Smoking, vaping, marijuana or any tobacco use
• Guests interfering with a ball in play will be ejected.
• Guests appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or ejected from the ballpark.
• Any guest found throwing objects on the field or in the seating areas will be ejected.
• Unauthorized entry on to the field of play will result in immediate removal from Ron Tonkin Field.

If you are mailing anything in to be autographed, please read the following Autograph policy:
Hillsboro Hops staff is unable to accept merchandise to be autographed. Fans seeking autographs must mail their item directly to the individual player at 4460 NE Century Blvd., Hillsboro, OR 97124. It is best to send correspondence during the regular season, between the months of June and September. Please include the name of the player as well as a self-addressed stamped package for return of the item. The package will be placed in the player's mailbox. We recommend that you do not send anything of value, as the team cannot guarantee return of the item. The sender assumes all risks when mailing an item. The volume of mail may also prevent players from responding to every request they receive. Additionally, we are not able to process any requests for team-autographed items nor are we able to track players' mail to see if an item was received. We appreciate your understanding.
Guests that witness other guests in violation of the Hops' code of conduct or have other concerns may text their issue to 503-640-0887. (message and data rates may apply). Guests should include their seat location with their text.
Located next to Guest Relations behind Section 14. Funds raised are split 50/50 between the winner and the Hillsboro Hops Fund at the Hillsboro Community Foundation that benefits youth sports in the area. Sales end at the 7th Inning Stretch. Winner does not need to be present to win. Check winning numbers here.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY
No outside food or beverage is allowed in Ron Tonkin Field. Exceptions are made for sealed/unopened water bottles, baby bottles and health-related materials.
Fans are welcome to keep any foul ball hit or thrown in to the stands. However, any fan interfering with a ball in play will be ejected from the ballpark. Please stay alert because any ball or thrown bat can be potentially dangerous.
Gates open one hour, five minutes prior to game time. Example: 7:05pm game, gates will open at 6:00pm.
The Hops offer a Hops Gift Card that can be used at the Ron Tonkin Field Box Office and all Team Shop locations. The cards can be purchased and reloaded at the Hops Team Shop or All Hopped Up merchandise kiosk on the 3rd base concourse. Gift Cards are available in any amount $10 and above. Gift Cards cannot be used for concessions or online.
The Hops Guest Relations is located by the All Hopped Up merchandise kiosk on the 3rd base concourse behind Section 14. You can find information regarding Kids Club, First Game Certificates, Rosters/Stats, First Pitch Check-In, Lost & Found, Group Lists, Fan Grams for a $50 donation to the Hillsboro Hops Fund at the Hillsboro Community Foundation.
The Short Hops Kids Club is free to join and is open to kids ages 3-12. Membership benefits include:
- Official "Short Hops" personalized membership card and lanyard
- E-greetings from Barley
- Nightly giveaways at Guest Services
- Exclusive pre-game autograph sessions with Hops players
- Invitations to special Kids Club events & experiences
Lawn chairs or any chairs that do not sit flat on the ground are not permitted inside Ron Tonkin Field.
LOST AND FOUND
Fans who have lost or found an item during an event should report to the Guest Services booth located next to the All Hopped Up merchandise kiosk, across from Section 14. At the conclusion of each event, the items are stored at Guest Services where they are kept until claimed. You can contact a representative (503-640-0887) between 9:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
LOST PARENTS/FOUND CHILDREN
Parents should report a lost child to a guest services representative. Children who become separated from their parents at the game are brought to the Guest Services booth on the main concourse until the guardian is located.
Please monitor your tickets at all times by keeping them in a safe, secure place. The Hillsboro Hops are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and they will not be replaced.
Lyft's pick-up and drop-off location is right outside the front gates - look for the pink LYFT sign. LYFT drivers should enter through Gate B.
The Hillsboro Hops are providing a free shuttle to fans who take the Max to Orenco Station and then to Ron Tonkin Field. Fans must show their valid Max ticket.
The shuttle picks up in the bus loop located next to the platform. Look for the "Hop On" sign.
7:05pm Games: 5:00pm - 7:30pm and 9:00pm - 11:00pm
1:05pm Games: 11:00am - 1:30pm and 3:00pm - 5:00pm
4:05pm Games: 2:00pm - 4:30pm and 6:00pm - 8:00pm
5:03pm Games: 3:00pm - 5:30pm and 7:00pm - 9:00pm
All Hops home games are broadcast online via MiLB.tv (subscription required). Currently, the only away games viewable on MiLB.tv are when the Hops are at Eugene.
There are approximately 2,000 parking spaces at the Gordon Faber Recreation Complex where Ron Tonkin Field is located. The parking is managed by the City of Hillsboro and costs $5. Cash only.

POSTPONED OR CANCELED GAMES
The Hillsboro Hops make every possible attempt to complete or make up every home game. However, in the event of an unfortunate rain-out or other circumstance, in which five (5) innings have not been completed (4 1/2 if the home team is leading):
- Tickets from any regular season home game that was re-scheduled due to inclement weather or other circumstances out of our control will simply become an undated voucher - exchangeable for a ticket of equal or lesser value - to any remaining regular season game. Please try to book your new game in advance, as this is based on availability.
- Tickets from a rainout do not automatically grant entry into the re-scheduled game(s). The ticket must be exchanged for a new game day ticket through our Box Office.
PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ITEMS
The following items are not allowed inside the ballpark:
- Alcohol not purchased at Ron Tonkin Field
- Bottles and cans
- Illegal drugs
- Laser pointers
- Air Horns
- Any noisemaker that disrupts play on the field OR fan experience
- Masks for individuals over the age of 14
PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAY POLICY
All giveaway items will be distributed on the game day specified, when the gates open, on a first-come, first-served basis. Each ticketed guest that is within any specified age limit will receive one (1) giveaway item (while supplies last). Guests with multiple tickets will only receive one item per person; there is no re-entry at Ron Tonkin Field, so guests cannot go in and out to get multiple items. Children who do not need a ticket will be issued one (1) giveaway item, so long as they are within any specified age limit. There are no exceptions to this policy and all determinations by the Hillsboro Hops are final. Giveaway dates, items, and quantities are subject to change. The Hillsboro Hops reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
Hops games are broadcast locally on 620 AM Rip City Radio or you can listen via hillsborohops.com and TuneIn Radio or the Hops' First Pitch app.
RADIOS AND TELEVISIONS
Radios and televisions are permitted in the stadium so long as they do not disturb other fans. For the benefit of others, fans listening to broadcasts are required to use headsets.
Re-entry to the ballpark is not allowed once the venue is vacated. Please plan accordingly for changing weather conditions.
There are two sets of restrooms located in the concourse area on the 3rd base side and one set on the 1st base side.
RUN THE BASES
After Saturday & Sunday home games, kids 3-12 years of age have the opportunity to Run the Bases. At the beginning of the ninth inning, kids and their families may line up at the top of the stairs between sections 3 & 4. Kids are allowed to run the bases one time and will rejoin their families before exiting the field at the top of section 8. Kids must be able to run the bases on their own; no adults will be allowed on to the field.
SEASON TICKET NEVER-A-WASTED-TICKET PROGRAM
Season ticket members may exchange their missed game tickets for General Admission tickets to a future game. Seat level upgrades are available for an additional charge.
Hops staff members check tickets at all game in an attempt to protect seat value. Upgrades are available.
Security is provided by Coast to Coast Event Services. Should an issue arise during your time at the ballpark, approach the nearest security officer or staff member or visit the Guest Services booth on the third base side.
In compliance with the City of Hillsboro municipal code, smoking of any kind and tobacco are prohibited in all areas of parks property on the Gordon Faber Recreation Complex. This includes the use of Vapor Cigarettes or 'E Cigarettes' and the use of chewing tobacco. There is no re-entry for fans that leave the ballpark to smoke cigarettes or use any other tobacco-related product.
Soliciting of any products, services and/or monetary donations in Ron Tonkin Field or on the surrounding area is strictly prohibited. This includes the parking lot. Violators will be escorted from the property.
Strollers are allowed in the ballpark as long as they can be stored under a seat and do not obstruct walkways or other fans' seating.
Umbrellas are permitted in the stadium provided they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of an event.
VIDEO BOARD MESSAGES
If you'd like to put a message on the video board at Ron Tonkin Field during a Hops game, you can purchase an annoucement in advance by calling the Hops office at 503-640-0887 or stopping-in. We accept cash or credit/debit card for a $50 donation to the Hillsboro Hops Fund.

Water fountains are located at sections between the restrooms on the 1st base concourse and near the elevator in the middle of the 3rd base concourse.
