K.L. enters his nineteenth year as general manager, and his twentieth season with the franchise. In the Fall of 2006, K.L. joined the ownership group. Beginning his career with the Yakima Bears as an intern during the 2001 season, K.L. joined the full-time staff after completing his degree in Fitness and Sports Management from Central Washington University. He was the Director of Stadium Operations and Assistant General Manager before his promotion to General Manager in September of 2004.

Matt has previously led corporate partnership efforts for the Portland Timbers as the team's Director of Corporate Sales and most recently for Learfield Sports as the Associate General Manager for Oregon State Beavers Sports Properties. Kolasinski has also held sales positions with the Portland Trail Blazers, Palace Sports and Entertainment and the Portland Beavers.

Jarred is entering his seventh full year with the Hops after starting during the 2017 season. Jarred graduated from Adrian College in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus in marketing.

Brett specializes in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Sales Training. His previous stops included the Seattle Mariners (Senior Manager, Business Development) and Tacoma Rainiers (Sr. Manager, Corporate Sales).

Jonny is entering his sixth full season with the Hops after interning with the team in 2017. He graduated from Washington State University in 2017 with a degree in Sport Management.

Jen is entering her eighth full season with the franchise after starting out as a Game Day employee in the Hops' Team Shop in 2013. Prior to coming to the Hops full time, she graduated from Washington State University, majoring in Elementary Education. Jen is responsible for our overall recruiting, hiring and employee experience at the Hops.

Iván Hernández – Director of Community Development

Iván is entering his fifth season with the Hops. He leads the Soñadores program which emphasizes in representing the Latine culture during the season. He also supports other community building programs and takes the field as bilingual host for on field activities.

Hannah began working for the Hops in 2016 as a guest services Game Day employee before being hired for a full-time role in 2019. She graduated from the University of Oregon in 2019 with a degree in Business Administration with a focus in sports business.

A Hillsboro resident since 1989-enters his 19th season of professional baseball play-by-play, as the lead voice of the Hillsboro Hops on Rip City Radio 620 AM. His career includes stints as the lead radio & TV voice of the Bend Rockies (1994), Portland Rockies (1995-97, 1999-2000) and Portland Beavers (2001-2010).

Seth is a true Oregonian at heart, growing up in Oregon City and attending college in Newberg at George Fox University. He has previous stops with the Visalia Rawhide, Portland Trail Blazers and GFU Athletics. He will be entering his fifth season with the Hops and can be heard on Rip City Radio 620 with Rich Burk and Matt Richert throughout the season.
