Hall of Famer Roberto Alomar Added to All-Star Game Festivities

LANCASTER, Calif. - The Lancaster JetHawks are excited to announce that Major League Baseball Hall of Famer, Roberto Alomar will appear at The Hangar as part of the festivities for the 2018 California League All-Star Game, presented by the City of Lancaster on Tuesday June 19.  
As announced by the California League on Monday, Alomar, along with Joe Morgan, Lenn Sakata and Larry Jackson, have been elected to the California League Hall of Fame as part of the 2018 class. The California League Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place prior to this year's California League All-Star Game in Lancaster. 

"We look forward to welcoming Hall of Famer Roberto Alomar to Lancaster" said JetHawks Executive Vice-President, Tom Backemeyer. "His career speaks for itself and we couldn't be more excited to have him as part of the festivities for what is sure to be an amazing event"
Alomar had an illustrious Major League career which included 12 All Star Game appearances, 10 Gold Glove awards and 2 World Series Championships. Following the pre-game ceremonies, Alomar will hold a 45 minute autograph session for fans.

4:00pm                                    Gates Open to the Public (First 1,000 fans receive an All-Star Game Jersey)
4:00pm - 5:00p                       2018 California League All-Stars autograph session
5:00pm                                    Home Run Derby
6:30pm                                    California League Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

7:05pm                                    First Pitch - 2018 California League All-Star Game, presented by the City of Lancaster
                                                (Followed by Post-Game Fireworks)
