The native of Lincoln, Nebraska has a vast background in Minor League Baseball as prior to his arrival in Lancaster, Backemeyer helped develop franchises in Nashville, Rancho Cucamonga, Fresno, and Everett. He is a graduate of Colorado State University (BA) with an MBA from the University of Denver.

The 2020 season will mark Nick's second season with the JetHawks, and his second season working in Minor League baseball. A graduate of Syracuse University, Nick studied Sport management, and joined the JetHawks front office in January of 2019. Nick is a Ticket Sales Account Executive while also running the JetHawks' promo team and being the On-Field MC.

Hoosier native Jamie Martin is in her second season as a Ticket Sales Account Executive and her third season with the JetHawks organization. Entering his second full season with the Lancaster Jethawks, Adan Rodriguez is graduate from California State University Bakersfield. He has been an Antelope Valley Resident for over 10 years, and enjoys playing sports with his two brothers.

The 2020 season will be Nancy's seventh season with the JetHawks. Nancy joined the JetHawks front office in January of 2010 to September of 2014 and rejoined in January of 2019. Nancy is the Office Manager while also doing ticket sales.

The 2020 season will be John's 25th season working in minor league baseball, all with the JetHawks. "JetHawk John," as he is reffered to by the fans, has lived in the Antelope Valley for the better part of 3 decades, but was born and raised in Texas. He was inducted into the JetHawks Hall of Fame in 2010. His favorite part of working for the team are the opportunities to meet the fans and people of the AV, and getting to work at a baseball stadium. During the off season, you can always find John at UCLA and LA Rams football games, cheering on his favorite teams.

Jules is going into her 4th season with the JetHawks, and 5th season in Minor League Baseball. Jules was born and raised in upstate New York, where she also graduated from Marist College. Jules is a big fan of her dogs, dancing, and Army Football.

Jason is a native of Los Angeles, CA and just finished his 8th season as the play by play announcer for the JetHawks. He received his BA in Broadcast Journalism and Cinematic Arts from the University of Southern California in 2010. During the offseason, Jason can be heard as the voice of Long Beach State Men's basketball, where he has done play by play since 2014.
