The Lancaster JetHawks Baseball Club is gearing up for an exciting season and we want you to be a part of it! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and customer service oriented game day employees age 16 and up, for the upcoming 2018 season. We are hosting a Casting Call to find the best employees in the Antelope Valley, and we want YOU to be there! The Casting Call is mandatory for seasonal job seekers, so add the below date to your calendar and show up with a big smile and your completed application packet!

Positions

Ushers - Ushers are extremely friendly, outgoing personalities who greet fans and escort them to their seats. Ushers also trouble shoot fan related issues in the stands, make sure fans are getting into the game and always watching for foul balls!
Bat Boys - Bat Boys work closely with on-field teams, umpires and clubhouse personnel. Additional duties include shagging home run balls, retrieving bats, balls, helmets and fulfilling other requests during the games. 
Ticket Sellers and Ticket Takers - Ticket Sellers are customer service oriented and think quickly to offer solutions to fans' needs. Ticket Sellers will be trained on the stadium seating, ticket prices and Will Call procedures. Ticket Takers greet fans as they enter the stadium and check tickets, hand out giveaway items and promotional calendars and answer fan inquiries.
Fun Zone Attendants - Our attendants are enthusiastic, animated and enjoy working with children. A keen eye for fan safety is a must!

Promo Team - Members of our Promo Team are high energy, positive, outgoing and always willing to participate in fun and outrageous entertainment activities on the field.
Fan Information Booth Attendant - This position requires you to be a clear communicator, approachable and customer service oriented as you will be answering questions and giving directions.
Concessions - Various concessions positons will be available including front-of-house, runners, cooks and many more.
