The Lynchburg Hillcats Internship Experience Program is a hands-on work experience that allows aspiring young men and women the opportunity to observe the business operations of a Minor League Baseball team. This hands-on work experience will enable each intern the opportunity to gain experience in a competitive industry, by observing, participating and working in the business operations of a professional organization. Each individual will have the opportunity to work in specific departments, but gain exposure to all facets of the business.

All internships with the Lynchburg Hillcats are paid.
