The Hill City Howlers Internship Experience Program is a hands-on work experience that allows aspiring young men and women the opportunity to observe the business operations of a Minor League Baseball team. This hands-on work experience will enable each intern the opportunity to gain experience in a competitive industry, by observing, participating and working in the business operations of a professional organization. Each individual will have the opportunity to work in specific departments, but gain exposure to all facets of the business.

All internships with the Hill City Howlers are paid.
