Miracle Fall 7-2 in Regular Season Finale

FORT MYERS, Fla. (September 3, 2017) - The Fort Myers Miracle (42-25) wrapped up their regular season with a 7-2 loss to the Jupiter Hammerheads (33-33).

The Hammerheads scored the game's first two runs in the third and fourth innings on a Gunner Pollman solo home run and a wild pitch by starter RHP Brady Anderson. Fort Myers ties it with two in the fourth, capped by a Kevin Garcia RBI-single.

In the top of the fifth, RHP Eddie Del Rosario (L, 1-2) allowed five runs on four hits to put Jupiter up 7-2. RHP Javier Garcia (W, 1-0) picked up the win in relief.

The Miracle enjoy an off day on Monday before Game One of the 2017 FSL South Division Championship series against the Palm Beach Cardinals on Tuesday at Hammond Stadium at 6:35 PM ET.
