MONTGOMERY, AL - The Montgomery Biscuits (19-16) dropped game three of the series, 9-3, to the Biloxi Shuckers on Thursday night at Riverwalk Stadium.

In the second, Matthew Etzel laced a solo shot to right center to make it 1-0. Etzel has three homers on the season.

Biloxi led from the third inning on and homered twice in the win. The Shuckers have out homered the Biscuits 7-1 in the series.

Xavier Isaac walked three times and scored on a Brayden Taylor single after leading off the fourth with a walk. The Biscuits last run came in the fifth when Cooper Kinney plated Tatem Levins on a fielder's choice groundout.

Homer Bush Jr. extended his league-leading on-base streak to 21 games with a single and a walk.

The fourth game of the series is on Friday night at Riverwalk Stadium. Brody Hopkins will make the start for Montgomery while Brett Wichrowski is slated to start for Biloxi. The first pitch is at 6:35pm CT. Fans can listen on Jox 740, MLB At Bat, and Bally Live.
