With every passing season, the South Bend Cubs aim to improve and enhance the Four Winds Field fan experience for all guests that come to the ballpark every year. The organization relies on the feedback given in the end-of-season fan survey to determine what to address for the next season. Providing a one-of-a-kind baseball experience is the aim every single game, in the hopes of making memories in Downtown South Bend.
The 2025 edition of the fan feedback survey, presented by A+ Window Cleaning, is available online now. The short, eight-question survey reflects on all things about the ballpark experience. Fans are encouraged to post honest feedback, as that is the best way any necessary adjustments can be made for the next season.

“The best way to look at what we do on a daily basis while also trying to improve each season is by listening to our fans and guests,” South Bend Cubs President Joe Hart said. “This is a special organization to be a part of and it comes from the fact that every person that works here does their best to give every fan that walks through the Four Winds Field gates the greatest experience possible.”
Thanks to the constant and heartfelt support of the Michiana community, the organization is able to plan each South Bend Cubs season bigger and better than the last. 2026 will be another massive leap, with phase two of the Four Winds Field wrapping up and debuting on Opening Night.
