Step 1: Check if you have an MLB account

• If you already have an MLB account, make sure it uses the same email as your previous Fireflies ticketing account.
• If you don’t have an MLB account, you’ll need to create one.

Step 2: Create or log in to your MLB account

• Click on this link to visit MLB.com or visit the MiLB app.
• Click “Sign Up” to create a new account or “Log In” if you already have one.
• Use the same email address linked to your previous Fireflies ticketing account.

Step 3: Confirm your information

• After signing in, you’ll be asked to verify your email address and phone number. This ensures you can securely access your tickets.

Step 4: Access your tickets

• Download the MiLB app for the easiest experience.
• Open the app, log in with your MLB account, and follow the onboarding steps.
• Tap the Team tab, then select “My Tickets” under Quick Links.
• From here, you can view, manage, and scan your tickets right from your phone.
