The FredNats took the opening lead in the top of the 1st. Gavin Fien crushed a double into right center field, before being brought in by a Hunter Hines RBI single. RHP Landon Harmon was through two hitless innings on the mound for the Nationals.
The game will be picked up tomorrow as part of a doubleheader at 4:30 PM. The teams will complete game one then play a seven inning game approximately 40 minutes after the conclusion of game one.
