RENO, Nev. - The Reno Aces, in conjunction with the Arizona Diamondbacks, announced the call-up of number 15 rated prospect Jack Reinheimer, marking the infielder's first career promotion to the Major Leagues.
In 233 games with the Aces over two seasons, Reinheimer holds the fourth-most hits collected with the Aces (250) while fifth in at bats with 874. He has collected 42 doubles, nine triples, six home runs, 92 RBI, and 31 stolen bases in 2016 and 2017 thus far. Reinheimer was originally selected by Seattle in the fifth round (147th overall) of the 2013 MLB June Amateur Draft. He was selected as a mid-season All-Star last season with the Aces, in 2014 while in the Midwest League and in 2013 in the Northwest League.
