Corpus Christi jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the second against Andrew Moore thanks to a pair of two-run doubles by Jamie Ritchie and Ryne Birk.

With two away in the home fifth, back-to-back base hits by Carmen Benedetti and Nick Tanielu set the stage for a Matt Walker wild pitch and the Hooks' fifth run.

Facing Kevin Hill in the eighth, Arkansas rallied to tie the affair thanks to four hits, including doubles by Joey Curletta and Dario Pizzano.

In the 11th, Chris Mariscal put the Travs up 7-6 with an RBI double to left field. Ferrell managed to induce a 6-4-3 double play to escape further trouble.
Birk's base hit up the middle gave the Hooks two-out life in the bottom half. With runners at first and second, Wrenn sent a single up the middle to score Ritchie from second base to tie the game. Alvarez was next and launched a Stephen Perakslis pitch into the home bullpen in left-center for the game-winning blast.
