Longtime Elizabethton Twins General Manager Mike Mains announced he will be leaving the Twins for a position in the Johnson City Parks & Recreation Department. In addition to serving as the Twins GM, Mains was also the Elizabethton Parks and Recreation Director. Read the full article from WJHL.
